Hi! I am the Director of Research and Resources at the Max De Pree Center for Leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary. I oversee and conduct original research that our team then translates into indispensable resources that equip Christian marketplace leaders to make a redemptive impact through their work.

I also own The GoodWorks, LLC, a small consulting firm focusing on educational program planning and evaluation. I earned a B.S. in Math and Spanish from Vanderbilt University and an M.Div. and Ph.D. (Educational Studies) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. I also completed a Graduate Certificate in Educational Research Methods through the University of Illinois-Chicago.

My first book, When Work Hurts: Building Resilience When You're Beat Up or Burnt Out (InterVarsity Press), will be released in March 2025. I'm represented by Keely Boeving of Wordserve Literary.

I live near Athens, Georgia with my husband and two sons.
